La mañana de este martes 10 de octubre, el Gobernador de la provincia, Jorge Paguay, aclaró que en realidad no hubo heridos en el centro penitenciario de Putuimi, sino el traslado de 6 reos hacia otros centros carcelarios.
Y no dio más detalles. Sin embargo de fuentes dignas de crédito, Nina Radio pudo conocer que se trataba de 6 reos que no podían continuar en Pastaza debido a su peligrosidad.
El evento se dio justo cuando estuvimos en “CAMEX”, (control de armas, municiones y explosivos). Los periodistas demandaron mayor transparencia en la información, especialmente de parte del Ab. Racines Silva, jefe del centro de detención.
El gobernador pasó entonces a relatar lo que ha sido la actividad antidelincuencial cumplida por policía nacional y la propia gobernación.
Como un dato de efectividad, Paguay informó que se han incautado 371 kilos de droga, destinada al menudeo, ha habido en las últimas horas alrededor de 118 detenidos dijo.
Reconoce el gobernador que aquí operan bandas delincuenciales y que incluso tienen sus propias luchas por el control del territorio. Por ahí se explican que las 21 muertes que registra el prontuario rojo, hayan sido selectivas, es decir, como parte también de la lucha delincuencial por el control del territorio.
Sobre el tema de los combustibles, Jorge Paguay dijo que la escasez se debió a fallas en la operatividad de Petroecuador pero que el problema a esta hora, ya está resuelto. También hubo trabas en el canal de Panamá, refirió.
No fue claro Jorge Paguay en el tema de la Secretaría Técnica de la CTEA; aclaró eso sí, que aquí es la Ing. Rocío Durango quien debe dar la información, al igual que Guadalupe Llori, la delegada del Presidente de la República. Hasta el momento la institución no ha respondido sobre el traslado de 75 millones de dólares de la CTEA al ministerio de finanzas sin que lo conozca nadie.
La opacidad en la información ha sido la tónica en la CTEA, donde más conveniente resulta estar callados y hacer los trabajos sin la mirada social.
