Pero para la comisión existe algo más grave y que las preocupa, de acuerdo a los términos del contrato de construcción, ya en el año 2013 el hospital habría sido recibido en un 95% por las autoridades de aquel entonces y luego de 10 años la empresa habría aplicado las reparaciones pertinentes y a partir del 13 de octubre del presente año ya no tendría ninguna responsabilidad.
